WALTERBORO - The SCISA Class AAA boys' tennis state championship match between Pinewood Prep (10-2) and Hilton Head Prep (11-1) will be played here Wednesday at 3 p.m. at the public hard courts in the Forest Hills Subdivision.

Pinewood earned its second straight appearance in the state final with an 8-1 blitzing of Heathwood Hall on Friday, while Hilton Head ended Porter-Gaud's hopes of winning a fifth straight state title, 6-3. Hilton Head Prep plays its home matches on clay surface. Pinewood Prep has its own hard-court complex on its campus near Summerville and is unbeaten on hard courts this season.
